Payment is requested after each visit and may be in the form of debit/credit, cash or cheque.

Preferred payment would be cash or debit.

Please respect our time and give 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. We have a $40 non-attendance fee.

We direct bill to Blue Cross, MPI and WCB.
